By creating a company account on FleetOS, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose
FleetOS is a SaaS fleet-management platform: vehicles, drivers, trips, GPS tracking, documents, maintenance and billing. These terms govern access to and use of the service by your company and its users.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Free trial
On sign-up you get a free 14-day trial. After that period, access is suspended until a paid plan is activated.
4. Subscription, payment and refunds
Plans are billed in advance at the rate shown at the time of subscription. Access remains active for the whole paid period.
IMPORTANT — No refunds: all payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, including on early termination, non-use or under-use of the service. No pro-rata refund is granted.
If not renewed, access is locked when the current period expires.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, not to access it fraudulently, disrupt it or use it for unlawful purposes. Location tracking must be used in accordance with drivers' rights and applicable regulations.
6. Data
You retain ownership of your data. FleetOS processes it to provide the service and protects it with reasonable security measures. You are responsible for meeting your legal obligations regarding the collection of your drivers' data, in particular location tracking.
7. Service availability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance downtime may occur.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FleetOS is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data, profits or business. Decision-support information (routes, distances, alerts) is provided for guidance only.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. FleetOS may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these terms. No refund is due on termination.
10. Changes
FleetOS may update these terms or its pricing. Changes apply to subsequent renewals; continued use constitutes acceptance.
